Today it's turn for the Comparative degree ...the degree that is true to it's name.The words'as'and so are often used to indicate a comparative degree .

To hold the thread from where we left let's continue with the same example; Case 1: "Giyan was a better wrestler than any other wrestler of the wrestling tournament."

Case 2:"Giyan was a better wrestler than many/most other wrestlers of the wrestling tournament."

You can also put it this way:"Giyan was better than any other wrestler of the wrestling tournament.";"Giyan was better than most/many other wrestlers of the wrestling tournament."

Change into comparative degree:
1) Ram is the strongest player in our Kabaddi team.
2) Geeta is the most gracious dancer of our school.
3) Ram is one of the strongest players in our Kabaddi team.
4)Geeta is one of the most gracious dancers of our School.
5) No other metal is as cheap as lead.
6) Very few metals are as expensive as gold.
7) State the degree of comparison of Adjectives for sentences 1-6 above.
